Shipping & Returns

How long do I have to cancel my order?

Once payment is completed and you’ve received the shipping notification, we’re unable to cancel the order as it’s already being processed. 

We are currently expanding our small team, all purchases are final for now, we don’t accept any refund.

Return shipping is covered by us only for faulty items. For non-faulty products, returns aren’t accepted after payment. Contact us at order@becalmfoods.com for help!

Perishable foods are exempted from the 14-day cancellation right, as per Malaysian consumer law, due to health and safety reasons.

If a product ordered from our site is faulty, you can return it to us from when you received it, contact us at order@becalmfoods.com to notify us with a photo of the condition when received and our BeCalm team will review the cancellation for you right away.

We will send a shipping confirmation email once your product is on its way and it will include a tracking link to track your package.

What method of payment do you accept?

We currently accept all major credit cards — Visa and Mastercard — as well as online banking for your convenience.

Orders can’t be canceled once payment is made. Please double-check your cart or contact us via WhatsApp or email at order@becalmfoods.com before checking out

Yes! We use an encryption service to process your payment. Your credit card information is hidden from us and we do not store your credit card information.

If you experience problems with payment processing, declined cards, or double charges, please contact us via email or WhatsApp for assistance.

Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 2–5 working days within West Malaysia and 5–7 working days for East Malaysia. Please allow extra time during peak seasons or holidays.

Deligateaux’s operating hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Closed on weekends and Malaysian public holidays
Daily cut-off time for order processing: 2:00 PM. Orders received after 2:00 PM will be processed the following working day

Urgent or same-day deliveries are not applicable on landing page.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product, please record an unboxing video and take clear photos as proof. Then contact us via WhatsApp (+60 14-889 9594) or email (deligateauxmy@gmail.com)  to start the return process.

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account helps you track orders and manage purchases more easily—and you’ll also receive a discount on your first order!
